I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire process. They did an excellent job of clearly explaining everything, keeping me informed, and making the whole repair process easy and stress-free. I’m also very impressed with the quality of the work performed. My car looks like new and you can tell they took the time to make sure everything was done properly and with attention to detail. Had a really good experience with Mossy Collision. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, and they did a great job explaining the process and keeping me updated while my car was being repaired. I especially want to thank Oscar. He did an exceptional job and was very helpful throughout the whole process. He kept me informed, answered my questions, and made everything go a lot smoother. As far as the repairs, I’m very happy with the work. My car looks like new again and everything came out great. You can definitely tell they took their time and paid attention to the details.
