I was prepared to give a 10 until I noticed a fresh/new ding on the car not related to the scope of work which I thought was going to be repaired per a phone call but was not. I will return to CCC to discuss and get repaired. I wish it had been pointed out to me before I left the lot. This should not take away from my overall satisfaction with CCC.
