The advisor was prompt and very helpful. The receptionist knew I had obligations to get to work quickly during drop off and didn’t hesitate to expedite the process and have the authorization emailed to me. Overall process was smooth and the vehicle was ready for pick up a day before the initial promise date of delivery. Thank you guys!

Overall, I was very satisfied with the service. Despite the delays, the experience was made much easier because of Debir. As for the front desk associate, I believe there is an opportunity for additional training in professionalism and handling workplace misunderstandings. While Debir was assisting me with my paperwork, there appeared to be a minor issue accessing my file. The front desk associate became visibly frustrated and responded to Debir with an attitude in front of me. As a customer, I don’t believe internal workplace disagreements should be handled in front of clients. It would have been more appropriate to address the situation privately, as maintaining a professional and positive environment is an important part of the customer experience.
