Everyone was so nice and professional. There were some hiccups with the paint so my car took longer than expected and I would have preferred more frequent updates as I was told there would be. I felt that I had to chase information, but in the end, very happy with the repair and the staff really is great. Kudos to Vicki and Jeff! : )

I had gotten a quote from another repair shop for $3800. Fix auto's initial quote was around $1700-1900 but later on became higher. I think the quality of the initial quote could be improved.
