I received my vw jetta! However, there is a rattle sound when I hit big bumps in the road with my car as if something is not bolted down! In the trunk I also notice that the top cover lining is NOT installed! And I have to slam my trunk in order for it to close properly! I didn't receive a call in a timely manner when my car was complete!

The employees from the receptionist to the management are the best.I knew that my car would be repaired properly because their professional treatment of the customer. also, I don't think that I have ever seen a repair facility as clean .
