My Vehicle is repaired to manufacturer specs. The Collision Service manager Mike Grauer, and his crew were expert, skilled, and professional. Mr. Grauer worked with my AAA insurance adjuster to secure repair of my damaged vehicle, for which I am extremely grateful. The office staff communicated the progress of repair.

Only thing I’d improve is that the quote comes from an address that looks like spam. So it wasn’t until a week later that they mentioned this and pointed out I hadn’t approved it. Suggest mentioning to look for it when processing / dropping off car. Or change the ‘from’ to be more obvious.

The tail lights was not replaced. It’s still obvious that you can see a deep scuff mark that can’t be restored to its original by buffering it. You guys should have replaced it when the insurance pay you $5.6k
