Akiki Auto, located in Hyde Park, Massachusetts, was founded in April of 1986 by Mounir and Laura Akiki. We specialize in collision repair, wheel repair, and auto painting. Our goal was to establish a business that would be operated with honesty and integrity and with the hope of passing it down to future generations. In 1997, it did just that – the business was passed down to their children. Since then, the company has grown in both services and square footage. The family is very dedicated to servicing its customer base. Very few shops have the level of talented technicians that our shop has. We select and keep only the best, and keeping them is the top priority at our shop. We look for those with unique qualities in our technicians that show dedication, honesty, and integrity to the job. On top of communication right from the start. All of the staff members that I interacted with were great. They took the extra time to explain what was happening with my vehicle, and to answer my many questions. The repairs were made in a timely manner, and the vehicle looks as good as new. They even went the extra mile and cleaned the inside and outside of my car. Top notch service. I’d highly recommend them.

Overall they were awesome. Had to go back for a quick fix. My vehicle is back at the Auto Body Shop due a bad starter. Kind of upset that this happened and now I’m without a car again.

I used Akiki for the first time and was blown away by their professionalism and quality of work. I got updates via text messages which kept me in the loop.
