I place little value on the workmanship and attention to detail of the service I have been provided. Mind you I have had issues with regard to poor attention to detail for repairs completed on two different vehicles. Furthermore, once my poor survey that I submitted to Tesla was received by Alamo Heights Collision, the manager Carlos reached out to me to see how he could make my situation better. We spoke and he was supposed to provide me a direct contact number after we concluded our call and I would let him know when I was going to drop my vehicle off for a third attempt. He failed to send me his information and my concerns were not addressed to my satisfaction.
