I've been to Bravo's 3 times, recently. There were issues with the previous 2 repairs. Horn not working after, windshield wiper fluid sprayer unplugged, front fender/bumper not properly tightened down leading to excess panel gap, etc... Every issue was corrected from this last accident and their previous mistakes.
