I'm very pleased with the work that was done. My only complaint is the amount of time it took. But I also understand that was due to a backlog of vehicles that needed to be worked on and couldn't be helped.

It is too hard to actually speak to someone. It took three months to get the car in, and that is not the problem. The problem was that they would give us a date and we would call to bring it in, only to get pushed back another month. We had made arrangements already. And that happened at least 3 times.
