Quality of the work actually done was good but see second response

Overall, communication was poor. Had to send multiple emails and/or make multiple calls to get a response. And when showed up to initially pick up car, windshield was still cracked, so was inconvenienced an extra week and rental had already been turned in. Biggest complaint is two dents that weren’t repaired. Were amongst the hail damage but determined by AH Collision to be prior existing damage (don’t know how they can say that definitively given their placement amongst the other hail damage). But most importantly, this determination was never communicated to me until I picked up the vehicle and asked about them. Disagreements over whether they were preexisting aside, had they asked, “hey while we’re in there fixing all the others, want us to pop these 2 preexisitng dents too, it’ll be X,” I would have done it”. Instead, the quote I got after the fact was inflated bc they had to include duplicative labor that would have been absorbed by insurance initially. Better communication and service would have Addressed this issue upfront, fixed these dents, and had the car looking sharp. Instead, I’m reminded everyday of this lapse when I see the dents.

A difficult situation brought about by Falcon Insurance company refusing to pay market value for repairs to my Tesla that their client caused when he rear ended, me was made better by Carlos taking the responsibility of getting payment from Falcon, without liability to me. Very commendable! Thank you.

Although the staff was very friendly, there really wasn’t any competitive advantage or outstanding workmanship that would make me recommend this body shop over any other

The repaired area itself was fine but when they blended the paint there’s a thick line and a ridge of paint in the door jam.

The team was fantastic but neglected to tell me that Tesla did not approve all of the work I was expecting; thus things that I thought were being fixed were not. If they would’ve told me upfront I would’ve had no problem paying out of pocket to get the things I wanted fixed (gap/panel alignment) but I wasn’t told upfront, I didn’t have the option to have it done and now have to schedule another time to take my vehicle to another body shop to have the panel gaps fixed vs having it all done at once.
