At first when we got the estimate we were told the repairs was only going to take 1 day, but when we dropped off our car we were told it's going to take 3-4 days for the repair. Afterwards we received a text telling us that the repaird won't be done for 6-7 days which makes it really inconvenient for our schedule. Also our tire pressure was low when we took the car in and we specifically asked then to help pump the tire. When we pick up the car the pressure was still low, and we asked if they can help pump the tires, which they agreed, took the car into the garage for 10 mins and did nothing, we ended up having to pump our tires at a gas station ourselves. Customer service was not up to point at all, would not recommend this place to anyone.

My driver door electrics never got fixed I can’t roll down the driver window or the passenger window and I can’t use the lock and unlock features…just a little upset because I thought it would have been fixed
