I love the customer service 😍. I had a problem with getting a rental car on the day of the scheduled start repair date. The receptionist at the office (wish I remembered her name) made it happen. Less than ten minutes the problem was fixed. My hat is off to her and Herrz rental I am welled pleased. My car is happy 😊 and so am I. Job well done!

I was told the car would be scanned pre and post service. Car was returned to me with the same U11E9 active shutter communication code that was a result of damage from hitting a deer. Remote start will not work until this problem is corrected.
