The process of getting my truck repaired was smooth and easy. Dropped off my truck on a Monday and I was able to pick it up on Thursday. They were done a day earlier than they said it would be. They gave me daily updates on if they were on track to complete my repair by the day they said it would be done. 10 out of 10 on the repair quality looks like nothing happened to it. I would use them again for repairs.

While I’m mostly satisfied with the repairs, the appearance of a less than perfect inspection resulted in parts being overlooked and required my return visit to replace. I found that the plastic trim around the wheel of the repair area to still have scratches of the accident which tells me it wasn’t replaced. Also the opposite side leaf spring retainer still bent. Both would require me to bring my vehicle back, the inconvenience isn’t worth the trouble and all though it’s not back to pre accident condition, it’s close enough. This oversight gives the impression that other things could have been missed that I will not see and could potentially come up later at my expense.
