The work they did was good. But I returned to them the second time because the day I first was Scheduled they had no clue. After contacting Nationwide about it it was done in a timely manner. They Were courteous each time I spoke with them.

The only reasons I did not rate higher was because of the wait time (the car was damaged in December and they could not get us in until March) and the car was not done in the time projected although nothing extra needed to be done to it. The people at Alderman's were quite pleasant and the car looks fine now.

The repair/body work looks great. To my delight, the interior of my car was cleaned - vacuumed, dash board, windows, etc. Looks amazing! The customer service was outstanding. Chris & Jack kept me updated on the progress of the work. My only concern was the work was not completed in the estimated 4 days time, due to a delay from the glass company. Therefore, I had to pay for a car rental for 8 days instead of 4. It cost me double what I expected! I was not happy about the delay caused by the glass company!!

I am very satisfied with the repair work. My dissatisfaction comes from the fact that originally I was told the work would take approximately 4 days. It ended up I had to rent a car for 8 days instead of the 4. They said the delay was due to the glass company not being on time. This was upsetting to me since it cost me double the money I had anticipated.
