Aldrich Auto Body is a family owned auto repair business .. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs to all of our customers. We provide a high level of communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with our customers. We are a full service Auto body/collision shop, with a full fleet of tow trucks, 3 on sight appraisers, 7 full time body techs, 2 full time painters, 2 full time detailers, 1 full time parts person and 2 full time office persons. We place customer needs and safety at the highest level. Combined with exceptional skill and auto repair knowledge we use the latest in advanced technology and techniques to insure that your vehicle comes back to you looking like new. When it comes to comprehensive collision services, we are proud to be the preferred choice of drivers in the twin-city area. Our paint facility boasts 2 Garmat spray booths in which we utilize PPG waterborne paint in order to maintain an environmentally friendly facility.

The brake line is now leaking. The car smelled like oil and was coveres in it inside. And the mechanic was very rude !

You guys are great! Mark was extremely pleasant and helpful. Andy found missing screws (not related to my accident) on my car and I was able to get it fixed before it became an issue. Unfortunately, this was my third experience with Aldrich in the past six months. I highly recommend your business...your team makes getting a car fixed easy.
