Aldrich Auto Body is a family owned auto repair business .. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs to all of our customers. We provide a high level of communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with our customers. We are a full service Auto body/collision shop, with a full fleet of tow trucks, 3 on sight appraisers, 7 full time body techs, 2 full time painters, 2 full time detailers, 1 full time parts person and 2 full time office persons. We place customer needs and safety at the highest level. Combined with exceptional skill and auto repair knowledge we use the latest in advanced technology and techniques to insure that your vehicle comes back to you looking like new. When it comes to comprehensive collision services, we are proud to be the preferred choice of drivers in the twin-city area. Our paint facility boasts 2 Garmat spray booths in which we utilize PPG waterborne paint in order to maintain an environmentally friendly facility.

I like the fact that when I went to pick up my truck there was a small issue I didn't have time to sit there. They immediately took care of it and contacted me on my way to work. I've always admired their work from other people getting work done in their vehicles. This is my first time going to their shop. Although I do not need this kind of work often at all but if I ever do need to or anybody ask me I will always recommend them. Their staff and workers are great to deal with I see their truck drivers on the road constantly as I am a driver myself, they're always very nice, courteous, polite and informative. Must be really nice place to work.

Mark did a fantastic job. I was 100 percent satisfied with the way how my bumper came out. I have zero complaints. Customer service was meet. Everybody here was great and communicated very well. It was all spot on. The text messages about the car updates was helpful too. Highly recommend!
