The manual for my glove compartment is missing and one did a wonderful job of trying to find it. We suspect that the Toyota dealership has it. The work performed by your people is beautiful and I will always come back every time. I have a need for the type of work you do. Sorry, I could not say yes because I do not know how much this manual is going to cost me. I do not want to deal with the people at Toyota the gentleman that over that works over. There is a nightmare to deal with so I’m going to have to absorb this expense myself.

Juan, my service provider was a gentleman at all times and made sure the work needed on my car was handled to my satisfaction. The only problem was the Toyota dealership, but I will handle that myself.

Let me reiterate Eddie is the reason why this facility is as successful as it is we take all of our company vehicles there because of Eddie and all of our personal vehicles there because of Eddie there was an instance where one of our close friends was taking their Honda Accord to the competitor and we had them drop it off with Eddie instead and he did a $3000 paint job for them, which was absolutely perfect and they were happy as can be

The only reason why we go to Alexander collision is because of Eddie and his team , I have followed him for the last 25 years and will only use him because of his superior service!
