From the start, Kaizen Collision Center was creative in choosing what opportunities to pursue. We embrace OEM Certifications, Dealership Relationships, electrical vehicle repair, employee training and building relationships within the community. Kaizen means to continuously improve; this is our motto every day. Each day we work hard to provide customers with the highest level of auto repair service in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Kaizen Collision. This is the third vehicle they have repaired for myself and my family , and once again, they exceeded my expectations. My truck looks like new again, and it was completed and returned to me on time. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, which I truly appreciated. All three experiences with Kaizen Collision have been excellent, and I can honestly say I have been very satisfied with every service. As an added bonus, they even cleaned the inside of my truck before returning it. Their professionalism, communication, quality of work, and attention to detail are outstanding. Having to get your car repaired after being involved in an accident is stressful enough, but the staff at Kaizen made it bearable. Kaizen Collision is the best place in Yuma, to take your vehicle when you are having a problem. Freddie was so attentive to me as I have never gone through this experience before and I really didn’t know what to do. Freddie took me under his wing and he did more for me than any other customer service person I have ever met! I’m an older woman, and I just could not believe the help and the questions that he answered for me. He was the best, the absolute best! Thank you so much to the team that worked on my truck!
