I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Kaizen Collision. This is the third vehicle they have repaired for myself and my family , and once again, they exceeded my expectations. My truck looks like new again, and it was completed and returned to me on time. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, which I truly appreciated. All three experiences with Kaizen Collision have been excellent, and I can honestly say I have been very satisfied with every service. As an added bonus, they even cleaned the inside of my truck before returning it. Their professionalism, communication, quality of work, and attention to detail are outstanding. The work was completed faster than estimated. Alina kept me up to date and when completed made sure I was satisfied with the work. Company provided warranty on their work as well. It was nice dealing with them.

Having to get your car repaired after being involved in an accident is stressful enough, but the staff at Kaizen made it bearable. They all did an amazing job at both keeping me informed and with the repair of my vehicle. If I had any questions, they did their best to answer them as thoroughly as possible, which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone that runs across similar circumstances. Kaizen Collision is the best place in Yuma, to take your vehicle when you are having a problem. Freddie was so attentive to me as I have never gone through this experience before and I really didn’t know what to do. Freddie took me under his wing and he did more for me than any other customer service person I have ever met! I’m an older woman, and I just could not believe the help and the questions that he answered for me. He was the best, the absolute best! Thank you so much to the team that worked on my truck!
