I have had body work done on another vehicle elsewhere prior to this. When I picked the vehicle up, it had new body damage done to it in the area that they had worked on. After proving with pictures that is was done by them, they agreed to fix the new damage. But the fact remains, they knew they were responsible and it should not have even had to be a discussion. They should have just taken care of it. No such issues here at Bill Alexander. Thank you.
