I want thank Alexander Ford for their outstanding work done to my 2023 Silverado LT TrailBoss especially to Meg my collusion adjuster for having great communication all along the process even including dealing with a few issues with the towing company in the biggenig of the process, now is been 4 days since I picked up my truck and im straight loving the finish product and specificall the way it rides like if nothing happened. Big shout out to all the repair team for doing a great work on replacing my frame and all suspension parts needed and at the end this adjuster dude i can't remember his name due to Meg being on vacation he was very thoughtful on explaining everything that was done and very helpful, thanks you Alexander collusion center 🤙🤝 you guys rock

Left the glass of the windows they replaced loose, damage the switch and the tint came off.

I took my car to be repair there, we'll let me tell you everything in my car was functioning and the door panel they open up to replace the glass they mess up the windows switch and denied it. Now almost 2 weeks after pick up ,the glass they replace was left loose and the tint came off. Worst shop to take your car they take no accountability for nothing.

Still have not completed the job. Another week possibly without my car. Total of 3 weeks and was told a week.

Was told a week was 2 weeks no car. Used a refurbished headlight that was scratched. Waiting on new to arrive 3 days then has to be recalibrated. New hood was painted 1/2 the hood has something in the paint looks like small black dirt maybe. Has to go back also. Not happy another week no car.
