My car has been repaired as if there has ever been damage to the rear bumper. Everyone I interacted with was both helpful and professional. Also, I was so pleased that the estimate I initially received was accurate to the dollar. A wonderful experience.

My only complaint this time was twice, parts on the car were left off before returning the car to us, upon inspection the carpeted panel in the top of the trunk was left off and had to be installed and then I had to return on 8/4 to have a door trim piece that was forgotten get installed. The backup camera was said to be loose connection from the accident, and it still is intermittent use and goes out. It was not replaced or repaired.

I had a great experience! My car was repaired much faster than I expected, and the quality of the work was excellent. When I picked it up, it looked like they had even buffed the car because it was so shiny and clean. It honestly looked better than before!
