My experience at All American Auto Body was exceptional. Josh was the main person I interacted with on each visit. Josh maintained a positive, professional attitude at all times. His communication in person, on voice mail and via email updates of where my vehicle was in the process was perfect. All others I interacted with in person provided the same level of service. The guys at the shop were so nice and it was beyond excellent customer service. Living in Fallon I had never been to All American Auto Body except to drop off my vehicle to have the work done. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was dropped off by Enterprise at the wrong body shop. I had my two children with me and Josh came and picked us up going out of his way to make sure I had my vehicle and me and my children were not stranded at the wrong place. They also kept me well informed in a timely matter on how long the work was taking and had my vehicle repaired in time for us to go on vacation. I highly recommend this auto body. Definitely would give them a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review and recommend them to family and friends!!! Thank Guys
