I’m satisfied with the repairs. The only thing that is currently missing is the protective film that goes along the edge of the car door to help prevent damage if the door is opened too wide. I would appreciate a callback regarding the installation of that film.

I’m satisfied with the repairs. The only thing that is still missing is the protective film along the edge of the car door to help prevent damage when the door is opened too wide.Also, the area around the fender is slightly sticking out. I was advised to give it about a week or two to see if it settles back into place. If it does not, I will reach back out so it can be inspected and they can determine what can be done.

All around a great experience even though we went through the insurance company. Never had to deal with a collision company before and this was a good experience despite the issues of the accident itself

The only issue we had was the right side headlight was out when we tried to drive at night. My husband found it disconnected and taped below where it was supposed to be plugged in. Car left very clean and communication was wonderful. All my questions and concerns were answered

All County Collision made what began in a panic, a smooth and easy process. From beginning to end, the staff worked seamlessly with the rental car company and the insurance company.
