Everyone was very efficient and the process was very organized. It was so great they had a service available to take me home and pick me up. The driver was very nice and a careful driver. Also the car when they returned it had never been so clean!

I tried to fix what your people said you wouldn’t, and now I have a broken brake light lens and have to drive 40 minutes round trip to retrieve the part.

My 3rd brake light flasher was NOT included when the new lift gate was installed, despite my having informed someone at Gerber about its existence. It was wired INTO the wiring harness between the plug for light and MUST have been cut out in order to retrieve the plug end. And now, my brake light lens is broken because I tried to fix what your people told me they wouldn’t do. And now it’s taped over with packing tape so that it doesn’t leak when it rains. This whole situation makes me sick, because I should have just taken the car to Village Ford. Because Gerber Collission failed to do the one incredibly easy thing that I asked of them. Don’t forget to replace the brake light flasher.

Two calls not returned, until I called Geico. Rebecca was friendly, though. :-/
