My brand new car was a hit and run while I was eating inside a restaurant, which was quite upsetting, but the people at Gerber made my repair experience so easy and really helped to make it less painful! Matthew was very knowledgeable and professional when I brought my car in and then again when I picked it up. He answered all my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with the repairs. Angela at the front desk was also very helpful and so friendly and professional as well. I also appreciated how Gerber took care of everything for me- including making sure my rental car was picked up. My car was also fixed in 1 week- I was so surprised to get the call it was ready so quickly! I am 100% satisfied with my experience at Gerber and very thankful they were recommended at the top of the list with my insurance company (Progressive). Thank you to Matthew, Angela, and the whole staff for the excellent service. I hope I never have to take it in again but I do highly recommend your services to anyone with body shop needs! 😊

Wow this team really treated me like family and like I was the only customer they had. They were prompt and efficient and helped me with everything I needed. They called to update me too. My only complaint would be that I had a piece fall off my car in the accident that they didn’t put back on and I didn’t realize it until I left. The staff was absolutely wonderful though.
