My rear left window will not work, so I cannot use my convertible top. They had the vehicle for a month and now I can't use the top. We were told that WE have to pay for the diagnostic by the Buick dealer as Jenkins cannot figure out what is wrong.

Jenkins, especially Kayla, did a great job on my car repair and they did an outstanding job of lining up a rental for me (both pickup and drop off right on site!) which made the whole experience of being hit by by a bad driver and having to have my car repaired much easier than it could’ve been. The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 was because there was a weird chemical like smell in my car when I picked it up that I now that I cannot seem to get out-despite having the insides wiped down and riding with all the windows open for two hours.

Jenkins Collision is fantastic. Kaylee, my contact person, was great. She worked with the insurance company, coordinated the car rental company and kept me informed about the repairs on my car. They did a fantastic job repairing my car. The paint match is perfect and you would never know there was ever a problem. I highly recommend Jenkins Collision and will definitely use them again if needed.
