Two delays in work which caused an 8 day delay in delivery. I also had to pay additional fees to the rental car company.

Car looks good. A hub cap was not replaced as discussed. When I closed the door to leave a piece of plastic fell off the inside drivers door. I had to snap it back in place.

Once again, for the hub cap, better communication. For the piece on the door a better inspection before returning the car to the customer.

Met your Appraiser Leanne Fenbers any she made be feel comfortable about what was going to be done on my car. She kept me informed on the progress of my car. 🚗 I pick the car up and was pleasantly surprise on how the car came out. You have great worker’s.
