Thank you for the work on my van door. I wish it could have been determined faster that body work wouldn’t fix the issue and ordered the replacement door sooner. I was paying out of pocket for the rental, State Farm dropped the rental car ball, but fortunately still paid for the repair. Just an unexpected $601 in car rental fees when was expecting $240 due to the extended repair time.

I would have gave them a 10 but I asked them when I dropped it off to replace the part in front of the windshield since it was being replaced and I would pay for it if the insurance didn’t. But I guess they forgot.
