There was a black hose with a filter on it that was hanging down on the driver side under the truck and the repair side looks like it's pushed in near the cab compared to the undamaged side

They had my car for over a month before I finally got it back. They jerked me and the original insurance that was supposed to pay for it (Allstate) around so much on their price to fix it. First, it was $6,800 and my car should be totaled, for someone backing into my two driver side doors. Then somehow miraculously when I had to file with my own insurance State Farm the bill magically went down to $3,000 ish once again they changed the price several times and please do not believe the excuse that it changed once they got in and pulled my car apart because the $6800 of the original quote was when the car was already pulled apart, compared to the written quote we were given a $4,000 when we had them look at the car originally. Then when I did pick it up, I had to take my car back 3 times for them to get it right, from a crappy paint job with fish eyes & bumps in the paint, to leaving parts off to, to breaking parts, leaving them broken hoping I wouldn't notice it was ridiculous. Scratching my window tint which is 3M window tint and quietly sending it out to a tint shop to put some low-level cheap replacement tint on it. Yet apparently someone has the job there of "Quality Inspector". Communication was horrible and it was nothing but a nightmare. They did pay for the rental car that I had to have while they fixed all of the issues that they made on my car. Yet somehow they expected me to call Enterprise arrange it all and set it up by myself by just telling Enterprise, All County was going to pay for the rental. Since when are you allowed to contact any business and say somebody else is paying your bill and they take your word for it? If they tell you they'll fully detail your car just know that means you could do a better job yourself taking it up to a halfass car wash. If you're looking for good customer service don't look here. I would never take my vehicle here again, sadly they are a State Farm Shop.

Never followed through on returning calls, or emails. I shouldn't have to call the rental car company myself and then chase you down to do your job correctly. You should have had the rental car set up yourself and had it ready for me when I dropped my car off.

All County Collision does an exceptional job. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my vehicle. Staff is very professional and friendly always willing to give you updates. They make the process go so smooth and effortless as they deal with the insurance directly. I would diffently use them again and recommend them.
