I have a new dent on rooftop, glue streaks on paint, chips on windshield, 4 plastic lug nut caps missing, plastic cover on ignition lock cylinder was broken and left on dash, rear backup bulb was burned out, the 5/16th bolt to the positive wire on the battery was replaced with a 14mm bolt cut with a grinder, and I have an ant infestation also new scratches around the van.

Sincerely disappointed. I was recommended to come here by someone who has used this shop plenty of times before & swore by the customer service and and repairs. My car was in a wreck and under repair for a long time. Towards the end of the process, every time I was ready to go get my car it was prolonged an additional week; a few times to add. I was told my vehicle was only waiting on one part for the repair to be complete, and once the vehicle was returned, not all the parts were back on my vehicle. I was told additional parts were ordered and waiting for delivery, again unsure as to when, which had become the patterned norm. I also received my car back with damage that I did not bring it in with. While I sincerely appreciate the owner trying to rectify the situation, giving me my car back with damage that I did not bring it in with, regardless how big or small, is unacceptable; more so because I was not told about the damage and there was a clear attempt of a poor touch up job. I was offered to be given a rental & drop my car back off to repair the damage, however I politely declined & requested a refund of my deductible as I no longer had the confidence in this shop to do right by me as a customer. The owner politely offered me the refund without hesitation. I would encourage anyone who needs their car to be repaired to really explore all their options; especially concerning repair times and product availability. I can only hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
