My husband and myself had a very positive experience with all county collision they did an amazing job on repairing my 2014 Ford edge they didn't charge a crazy amount that it was very reasonable and they didn't have it very long they really got to it and got it done and I'm very pleased and hopefully I will not have to use their service again but if I do and anybody that I know I'll be more than happy to tell them about Lake County Collision cuz y'all did an awesome job thank you so much

Overall the employees were awesome, friendly and welcoming. The only things I would change , we were told it would be a day job it was over 48 hours . Noone ever kept us informed on what was happening, we had to call to check. And the second day I called to check the guy made it seem like they didn't have my car and made me feel concerned. I was told it would be ready by 500 I got there at 445 and planned on waiting but had to wait til 520 because they heard glass and vacuumed it out. Which I was told I would have a full detail. That was not the case just the back were the glass was and the drivers floorboard was vacuumed and that was it. Also about the 1 day job, when we were told it was a day job we didn't get a rental because it would have been too difficult to get for 8 hours. I have a toddler and having to shuffle him around without a car for 2 days was very difficult. I wish I was informed so I could have gotten a rental.
