My only issue was the last answering the phones. She's had no clue what was going on with any vehicles. She had to call and bother the shop manager for everything. I would suggest making her aware of the vehicle status on a daily bases.

The insurance company was the reason it took 4 weeks to get my car back, but the communication wasn't the best. The car looks great. But I'd rather hear about delays immediately and not the day before it was expected to be ready
