I want to begin by thanking Ryan for his consistent communication and professionalism. He was responsive, transparent, and did his best to keep me informed throughout the process. His efforts are the only reason I’m leaving any positive note in this review. Unfortunately, the overall experience with the company was extremely frustrating and disappointing. My vehicle was brought in for repair and I received multiple system-generated updates confirming that my car would be ready by May 9th. That timeline suddenly changed to May 16th, without any proactive communication or explanation, despite my ongoing efforts to stay ahead of the process by coordinating with both my insurance company and the shop. This has put me in a difficult position, as my job requires daily travel between worksites and I relied on the initial completion date when arranging my professional responsibilities. Additionally, I brought my car in for a mirror repair. The shop only replaced the glass portion of the mirror, and after picking up my vehicle, I discovered the mirror housing itself was faulty and wouldn’t turn. When I brought it back in, they admitted that proper quality control checks weren’t performed and apologized for missing it. However, they stated they would charge me for the part needed to fully repair the mirror, despite waiving the labor. I was also told that they “can’t cover a part they didn’t originally order,” which is completely backwards—this part could have and should have been identified and ordered in the initial repair if a full and proper inspection had been done. I had already paid for the glass replacement and would have had no issue paying for the full mirror unit had it been quoted and handled correctly the first time. This experience revealed a serious lack of attention to detail, quality assurance, and customer accountability. Ryan did his part and I’m grateful for that—but the company’s practices caused avoidable stress, inconvenience, and a lack of trust. I hope they make necessary improvements to ensure customers don’t face similar issues in the future.

Amazing customer service. I was kept in the loop the entire time. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My vehicle looks better now than ever before. I can’t thank All County Collision in Eustis enough!!

I’m really write reviews, but have to say the work done by All county was excellent. Additionally, the car was detailed when I picked it up. I have never received a car in this condition from any repair shop ever. Excellent job.
