This was not a major repair. The work was well done. I was given assurance the repair work would completed within five days by bringing it on a Monday which I did and be ready Friday. Instead I was told the parts didn’t come and ot wouldn’t be available until the following week in which case i would have kept my car until the parts arrived. Thus, I incurred additional expense for the rental car for 5 extra days.
