Absolute workshop takes forever to get anything done. Can’t do anything until they have their money I have State Farm even though you’re not a State Farm shop I still believe in you and this is my third time and the same bullshit so once again I just tell everybody to go to Corona autobody way better experience even enterprise told me that………..

I was concerned about the repair estimate and the way it was explained, as it seemed very high and made the damage sound more severe than expected. I also didn’t fully understand the need for special Toyota parts in areas without sensors or cameras, and I feel the estimate may be higher than reasonable for this type of accident. While I’m not paying directly, I still believe the cost should be fair and reasonable. That said, I appreciate the quality of your work and have used your shop many times before. I just feel the same result could likely be achieved at a lower cost. Thank you for your understanding.

There was an area on the bumper that was still dull. According to the rep, it was a missed spot that needed polishing. I need to come back at a later time to get this done since there wasn’t anyone that could do it at the time of pickup. It was also not washed as I was told it would be.
