I was introduced to Mike by a good friend. He was very friendly and explained the process of the car reference the paint that was scraped off. The paint correction spot I came in for was corrected, however the bumper on the opposite side was returned with rock chips that were not there beforehand.

From Day One, José was extremely professional, efficient, communicative, knowledgeable, courteous, and very kind. He made a potentially, unpleasant process a breeze. Some places make you call your own insurance company multiple times; he did it. Some places take forever to get back to you; he doesn’t do that. Most importantly, he’s honest and I trust him. He ordered new parts for everything he had to replace, but repaired everything he could fix.He was great the last time somebody hit my car, and he is the primary reason I insisted on coming back to All Magic Paint & Body, in Fontana. Without exception, everyone there is friendly. In addition, I have asked my insurance company, State Farm, to please designate this location as a certified auto body shop, at least for EVs, but hopefully for all types of vehicles. All Magic in Fontana should be among the other certified locations, that are automatically on the referral list. Please thank José for me.
