I am very pleased with how all magic took care of me and my car. From the moment I walked in to get an estimate I did not feel pressured or like I was being haggled. Initially Russ told me well there is impact damage but nothing is crackedor seriously damaged so if your car is working fine then why fix it. He said just to leave it if I wanted. The fact that he was honest like that knowing I could just drive away and he would lose potential business showed me that I could trust him and everyone at all magic. Further more he took the time to find the best parts needed for my car at the best prices. I was kept updated with everything. There were slight changes that were not seen until my car was being worked on which is normal but he kept me informed and gave me the option to fix it rather than reel me in to it. I really appreciate the interior detail. I needed to clean my car but you did it for me! The receptionists are great too. Very sweet lady's and great customer service. Thanks so much!!

My car looks brand new and anything that wasn't able to be repaired within the plan (scratches) was reduced to very minimal and barely visible

Russ was fantastic at explaining everything and very courteous. The girls in the front are very courteous as well and very friendly. It can be boring and a chore to get your car fixed but having friendly conversation can make it a little less of a pain lol

Repairs were made quickly and correctly. Color match was perfect, the old part was kept for me as I requested. Thank you to Robert for recommending the shop to me and keeping me informed of its progress. He is a class act. Everyone from the front office to the repair team were friendly and informative. They answered all of our questions. I hope I never need a body shop again, but if I do I'll come back to All Magic. I've alerted my friend and family on social media to let them know as well. Thank again!
