I am very upset and highly disappointed on the condition of my car. I received my car back with 115 miles and the passenger corner window seal melted now showing a big gap. I don't understand how this could of happened when the repairs where to be done on the driver side. I don't understand why I have 115 miles added onto my car when I assume the repairs where to be done at the location I drop off the car. I tried contacting all magic after hours, since I picked up my car at 630 but was not able to leave a message due to their voicemail being full. I have now reported this issue to my insurance as they referred me to all magic. I am so upset and very frustrated. I thought my experience was going to be smooth and worry free since the body shop was affiliated with mercury.

Would of given them a 10 BUT I was told incorrectly when my was supossed to be done. They apoligized and corrected the problem at least.
