I was disappointed with the person who was helping me, raffi I believe his name was, I had several in responded to text messages and he said he left after 6 an I understand that but I am sure the messages don't delete at 6. He should hve followed up with me the next business day !! And when I dropped of the car I had asked to have the center console fixed while you had it!!! I asked that day one and every time I asked him if they were able to fix it !!! NO RESPONSE!! You wer supposed to have the car 1 week then 2 weeks and then 3 plus weeks !! The least that could have been done was to address my questions regarding the center console !! And instead the day I'm picking the car up he tells me he has to order it and I will have to bring it back in a week!!!!! You had my car for almost a month !!!!!!!! Absolutely not acceptable customer service!!! If I could attach for you all of the unanswered texts I would I got frustrating an down right disrespectful in my opinion

I am very grateful to Russ and the team that worked on my Subaru. Definitely great quality work and took an extra step in fixing my front lip that was sagging. The polishing on my car was done well. Looks brand new from the lot! I will definitely recommend your shop to others and will be visiting in the future for a quote on my project car!
