I've been taking my vehicle to All Magic for years and have always had excellent service until now. Vehicle delivery delayed several days over a tire and when I got my car back the bumper to hood ratio is off. Will need to take back once car gets out of dealership.

Told I needed a new tire and that it will take an extra day to install. 5 days later after the wrong tire was removed.. Unacceptable.

My experience from start to finish was exceptional and I will be back in the future. Miguel and the staff were highly professional, friendly and accommodating. Miguel went above and beyond service and what was quoted and fixed other scratches/dents on car as a curtesy. I am highly impressed. The car was also done on quoted date and communicated with me along the way.
