I chose All Makes because my very particular neighbor (a Corvette owner, pilot, and absolute perfectionist) raved about the work that Eddie Serrano did on his vehicle. I was not disappointed. From initial contact to job completion, Derwin and all the folks at All Makes went out of their way to let me know they valued me as a customer (just like in the “Good Old Days”). What a treat! They did what they said they would do, accommodated my crazy schedule, and exceeded my expectations for excellence in every way. Though you never want to need a body repair shop, it’s great to know that All Makes is here to transform an unpleasant situation into a really good one. As Eddie said, I got to "meet the nicest people by accident." Thank you all!

Overall it was an excellent repair. We were also very surprised and grateful that the 4Runner was cleaned and detailed so well inside and out when we picked it up! There were just a few things we noticed - about 8 inches of a gasket was not tucked in on both sides in one area; there was a small area on the inner lip of the hatch that needed paint that is not really noticeable except to me; the panel that was replaced was not pushed on all the way when we received it. But again, overall, it was an excellent job.
