I had an absolutely wonderful experience in every way at Caliber Collision! Juan was courteous, personable, and very professional from the moment I walked in the door. He thoroughly explained the process for my car repairs, the timeline, cost and communication methods. He contacted me everyday to give me an update on the status of my car. The timeline he gave me for completion ended up being 5 days ahead of the original date. When I picked up my car, it looked just like new. Juan had all the paperwork ready for me, so I signed and paid in a short period of time. They even took care of getting my rental car returned to Enterprise. With excellent customer service provided by Juan and a lifetime warranty on the work done on my car, I will definitely go back if I ever need repairs again. Additionally, I have already recommended them to my family and friends! This place is a hidden gem!
