Terrible experience - work not finished and what was finished was finished incorrectly - we have AC issues now that we have to work with KIA directly as Caliber claims it isnt their issue to fix although they returned the car with 100+ grams of refrigerant missing and we drove 400+ miles like that - tons of issues - trying to speak with Mark Sims currently VP of south texas - he has not returned my phone calls - I informed Alexia on the issues (our rep) in detail and provided photo evidence etc
