Automatic updates were not always helpful but when I called the receptionist (Ana ?) was extremely helpful in getting up to date information for me. Waiting for over a week (almost two) for mirror seemed odd when original diagnosis was to replace mirror. Also told wrong window glass received that further delayed repair. Never the less, the actual repair was excellent with the car back to original condition. Took longer than expected but result was excellent.

(Lady ) I love this place, this is the second time that I have used your services, sadly because I got hit again. Both times were hassle free, I felt completely taken care of. Amazing customer service!!! Every single staff member that helped me was amazing, friendly even if they seemed tired they had a great attitude!
