Lack of attention to detail, failure to meet quality assurance, long turnaround time, wasting my time and car not being ready or up to standard. Addtional damages made to vehicle that were not there prior and made during the repair process. Paint on hood damaged and rusted when it wasnt prior to taking in the vehicle. Overall dissatisfied and disappointed. Couldn't even wash the car properly twice!!!!

Although daniel was communicative in comparison to other representatives at toyota service, lack of attention to detail was very disappointing. I wasted a lot of time getting my hopes up expecting my car to be at 100%, getting out of work to pick up vehicle only to find problems that didnt exist before and it not be ready.
