I got texted that my repair was ready and my car was picked up. My car was never picked up. I am still in my rental. I am furious because I have no idea who my car was sent to. This is the 2nd time my car was repaired here and I love their work but this boiled my blood. Im sorry this was sour and I need it rectified now

The best auto body experience ever. Everyone was helpful and comforting after our ordeal. GEICO towed the vehicle directly to the shop for us, making it a seamless process. The repairs were done in a timely manner and the car was cleaned thoroughly. Paint was a perfect match. Addy and Isabella were very communicative. Will be referring All Pro to everyone. I told Sofia the problem that I hear the sound in the rear passenger side wheel. When I took the car back the sound was still there. I thought my car may need tire balancing and rotation of the tires. I took the appointment to the BJ's tire place and they rotated and balanced the tire. But the noise was still there and also my car started vibrating in the front side, where the rear right side tire was moved to the front driver side. This lady Sofia started arguing with me stating that I should bring the car right away. I am very disappointed. Now I took my car to dealer to fix the problem. I complained to my State Form insurance company, because they are one who recommended your place. It is very aggravating and time consuming to go back and forth.
