I can't say enough good things about All Pro Automotive. After my Genesis GV80 was involved in an accident, I was understandably stressed about getting it back to its pre-accident condition. From the moment I contacted them, the team at All Pro went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. They kept me updated every step of the way through both texts and phone calls, which gave me peace of mind knowing I was in the loop. They took the time to educate me on the repair process, explained what needed to be done, and were completely upfront about the timing expectations. It’s rare to find a shop that’s not only transparent but also genuinely focused on the customer’s needs. In addition to their excellent communication and repairs, they also took care of my car’s New York State inspection, which was a huge bonus. To top it off, they provided a complimentary car wash, leaving my GV80 looking as good as new. The level of flexibility they showed when it came to picking up my car was also much appreciated.
