I have never been so satisfied in my entire life until I came to allpro. The service is absolutely unreal it’s like walking into heaven. The process is so simple and the people inside are so nice and efficient. Nowadays you can’t find a place or a person who is really there to help you 100% but allpro is a place of premium customer service and they even washed my car! I didn’t even ask them to. Will be returning FOR SURE. Car was done quickly and looked brand new. Fair prices and shoutout to Isabella and Ahmed and the guy who washed my car what a team keep it up truly impeccable service

had an amazing experience with all pro. The whole process was so hassle free and easy. My front bumper had some mild damage and all pro fixed it up so quickly and it came out brand new. Everyone was very kind there and helpful. I will absolutely always choose all pro moving forward. The front desk girl Isabelle was also so pleasant. Thank you!

Car service wise my car turned out beautiful and I had no complaints. Customer service wise was alright as well except when I came to pick up my car. I walked in and said good afternoon I received a call stating that my car was ready. The receptionist was finishing a call so she said good afternoon one second. As I waited another woman ( the woman in charge of of ordering the parts ) began talking to the receptionist said “she is here for the Altima right” pointing to me , “when will Mrs.Fincher be here to pick up the Benz”. I replied I am Mrs. Fincher. She responded oh I’m sorry I assumed the Altima was yours. I would just like to know what made her come to that assumption? It forced me to think was it my appearance? My gym attire or my skin color ? That was concerning but other than the lady who orders the parts , the receptionist was super polite and my car was beautiful.

AllPro was wonderful to work with. I was managing the process from GA because my son had accident at college in NY. Isabella in particular was awesome. She emailed, texted and called me with updates often. AllPro worked well with Allstate to revise costs as damages were assessed. Through 2 big snowstorms, car was fixed and insurance settled within 3 weeks.
