Great customer service! Never been to a shop where I was updated about the progress on my car. Plus the online tracker to see when my car would be ready was a bonus! Love that feature! Most importantly my car was left like brand new. I could tell the work was done right with good eye for quality work. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family. Every step of the way they were incredibly helpful and mindful of my situation. I received my car in perfect condition after a couple of weeks. They were also great at updating me on the status of my car while they were working on it. It was a great experience overall.

The car looks good Why It wast a 10? I’ve been a business owner most of my life We came in to make the appt and get the est for Allstate We left with a firm drop off date from a very “cold “ front desk girl We later received a phone call for a $500 ask to order parts in advance of our firm drop off date or our car would just be sitting there It def as put that way Not the first time I have had a car in a body shop .. never have I been asked this again your front desk girl is Flat and not nice Brought the car in and the appt day and again your front desk girl flat. Told us me had no appt ! I reminded her of her $500 phone car She replied for parts ! I reminder her for today ! I usually don’t like to argue to spend money with someone. Had my son not needed the car for school … I wouid have left Have her dial back that she hates her job Or people or life She is the face of your business

Interactions with both Brian and Vanessa were pleasant and helpful. My only suggestion would be to warn a person BEFORE they arrive to pay that using a CC will incur additional fees.
